No documents needed
Your Spin777 account is created with your mobile number and an OTP code, and that is all. There is no ID upload and no KYC queue before a withdrawal. The flip side: your phone number is the key to your account, so never share an OTP with anyone, including people who claim to be from support.
Requesting a withdrawal

If something goes wrong
Most delays come from a bank holiday, a busy UPI network or, for USDT, a transfer sent on the wrong network. If a request is outside the usual time listed for its method, contact support through the Help Center with your player ID and the transaction reference.
Frequently asked questions
My deposit left my bank but is not in my balance. What now?
UPI payments sometimes take a few minutes to confirm. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, contact support with the UTR / reference number from your banking app.
Can I withdraw to someone else's account?
No. Add a payout account that belongs to you. Paying out to a friend's account is the most common reason a withdrawal gets held for checks.
