On average this bonus is worth more than it costs to clear.

The average cost is a long-run figure, not a forecast. A real session swings both ways, and you can lose the deposit before the wagering is done. 18+ only.

How bonus wagering works

A casino bonus is not cash you can withdraw straight away. It comes with a wagering requirement, sometimes called playthrough or rollover: a total amount you have to bet before the bonus, and anything won with it, can be cashed out.

Three details decide how big that total is. The multiplier (1×, 10×, 35×…). The base it multiplies — the bonus alone, or your deposit plus the bonus. And the game weighting: some casinos count slots in full but card or table games at 10% or not at all, so the same bet clears less.

Notice what is missing from that list: winning. A ₹10 bet adds ₹10 to your progress whether it wins or loses. That is why the number of rounds matters more than luck when you plan a bonus.

The Spin777 first deposit bonus, worked out

On Spin777 the first deposit bonus carries 1× wagering, and your own deposit also has to be bet once before it can be withdrawn. Here is every tier with the totals added up. The average cost uses a 96% RTP game, which is a typical slot figure, not a promise for every game.

Wagering on each Spin777 first deposit tier
DepositBonusTotal betsRounds at ₹10Average cost at 96% RTP
₹100₹110₹21021₹8
₹200₹240₹44044₹18
₹500₹650₹1,150115₹46
₹1,000₹1,400₹2,400240₹96
₹5,000₹7,500₹12,5001,250₹500

The pattern is easy to spot: with 1× on both parts, the average cost is about 4% of the total bets, which is far smaller than the bonus itself. The full tier list and the other rules are in the Bonus & Reward Guide.

How a high playthrough changes the picture

Bonuses elsewhere often look bigger on the banner and carry much heavier wagering. Take a ₹1,000 deposit with a ₹1,000 bonus and compare the common rules, all on the same 96% RTP slot:

Same bonus, different wagering rules
RuleTotal betsAverage costBonus left on average
1× bonus + 1× deposit₹2,000₹80₹920
10× bonus₹10,000₹400₹600
35× bonus₹35,000₹1,400−₹400
30× deposit + bonus₹60,000₹2,400−₹1,400

At 10× the bonus keeps a bit more than half its value. At 35× the average cost (₹1,400) is already bigger than the bonus, and at 30× on deposit plus bonus it climbs to ₹2,400 — you are statistically paying to accept it. Same banner, very different deal. That is the one calculation worth doing before you opt in to any offer.

What RTP and house edge mean here

RTP (return to player) is the share of all money bet on a game that it pays back over a very long run. A 96% RTP game keeps 4%; that 4% is the house edge. On ₹100 of bets the edge is ₹4, on ₹10,000 it is ₹400. Nobody pays exactly that in one sitting, but the more you wager, the closer your result tends to drift towards it.

So a lower RTP raises the price of every requirement. Clearing ₹10,000 of wagering costs about ₹300 on a 97% game and about ₹800 on a 92% one. Try both in the calculator — the difference surprises most people.

Tips for clearing wagering sensibly

  • Size your bet to the rounds. If the total is ₹2,400, a ₹10 stake gives you 240 rounds; ₹100 gives you 24. Smaller bets smooth out the swings and make it less likely the balance runs dry halfway.
  • Check what each game counts for. Where a casino weights games, a game counted at 10% needs ten times the bets. Enter the figure in “Game counts for” to see it.
  • Watch your Bonus balance. On Spin777, bonus money sits in its own balance until its wagering is done; the Deposit & Withdrawal Guide explains why a withdrawal can show less than your total.
  • Skip a bonus you do not need. If the average cost is close to the bonus, or above it, playing with your own cash only is often the better choice.
  • Set the budget first. Decide what you can afford to lose before you look at any offer, and use the deposit limits in the app — the Responsible Gaming page shows where they are.

What the calculator cannot tell you

It shows averages for flat betting on one game. It does not know about maximum bet rules, time limits or games a casino excludes, so read the terms of the offer you are checking. And it cannot predict a session: you may finish well up or lose everything before the wagering ends. Games are for fun, played with money you can spare.

Frequently asked questions

What does 30× wagering mean?

It means you have to place bets worth 30 times the stated amount before the bonus can be withdrawn. On a ₹1,000 bonus with 30× on the bonus, that is ₹30,000 in bets. If the 30× applies to deposit plus bonus, a ₹1,000 deposit with a ₹1,000 bonus needs ₹60,000.

Do I have to win to clear wagering?

No. Every bet counts towards the requirement whether it wins or loses — only the amount staked matters. Winnings are simply added to the balance you keep playing with.

Why does the calculator show an average cost?

Every casino game pays back a little less than it takes in. The gap, called the house edge, is charged on every bet, so the more you have to wager, the more the bonus costs you on average. A single session can end far above or far below that average.

What is the wagering on the Spin777 first deposit bonus?

The bonus needs 1× wagering, so bets equal to the bonus amount, and your own deposited cash also needs 1× before it can be withdrawn. The table on this page works it out for every tier.

Which RTP should I enter?

Use the RTP shown in the game’s info or rules screen. If you cannot find it, 96% is a common figure for slots; crash and card games vary, so check the game first.
